Selling Restrictions
The shares in the Funds will not, directly or indirectly, be offered or acquired in the Netherlands, unless (i) to or by individuals or legal entities that are 'qualified investors' within the meaning of Section 1:1 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, "FSA"), and/or (ii) to or by individuals or legal entities that acquire shares with a total value of at least 250,000 euro.
